Please read these terms carefully before booking or attending any session. By booking or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL CARE

 

All services offered by Etheric Wave LLC — including reiki, yoga, sound bath experiences, and divination — are wellness and spiritual practices only. They are not a form of medical treatment, psychological therapy, psychiatric care, or legal, financial, or dietary advice.

 

Nothing shared during a session should be interpreted as a diagnosis, prognosis, treatment plan, or professional recommendation of any kind. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified licensed professionals for all medical, mental health, legal, or financial matters.

2. HEALTH, SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

 

By booking a session, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate. You acknowledge that yoga and movement practices carry inherent physical risk, and that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

 

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, or mental health concerns that may be relevant to your session, it is your responsibility to disclose these before participating. Etheric Wave LLC reserves the right to decline or modify a session where participation may pose a risk to your wellbeing.

Minors of any age are welcome to participate in Etheric Wave sessions with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian. By providing consent, the parent or guardian confirms that the minor is in suitable health to participate, assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation, and agrees to these Terms & Conditions on the minor's behalf. Etheric Wave reserves the right to decline service to a minor if participation is deemed unsuitable.

3. DIVINATION & SPIRITUAL SERVICES

 

Divination readings are offered for spiritual reflection and personal insight only. They do not constitute predictions of future events, guarantees of any outcome, or advice upon which consequential decisions should be made.

 

All interpretations offered during a reading are the practitioner's personal perspective and should be understood as such. Etheric Wave LLC makes no claim of supernatural ability and accepts no liability for decisions made by clients based on the content of a reading.

4. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

 

Etheric Wave LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding specific results from any session. Outcomes from reiki, yoga, sound bath, or divination vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Sessions are offered in good faith as a supportive wellness practice.

5. BOOKING, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

 

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as applicable. Cancellations made 25 or more hours before a session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session will be charged 50% of the scheduled session. 

 

No-shows without notice are non-refundable. Etheric Wave LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, and may offer a full refund or rescheduled session in such cases.

6. CLIENT CONDUCT

 

Etheric Wave LLC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and sacred space for all clients. Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or threatening toward the practitioner or other participants will result in immediate removal from the session without refund. Etheric Wave reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content associated with Etheric Wave LLC— including but not limited to session materials, written content, visual branding, recorded sessions, and guided practices — is the intellectual property of Etheric Wave LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

8. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

 

Information shared by clients during sessions is held in confidence and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law. By booking, you consent to Etheric Wave LLC storing your name and contact details for the purpose of managing your booking.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Etheric Wave LLC and its practitioner(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any session or reliance on any information provided during a session. This includes but is not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, financial loss, or any decision made based on session content.

10. GOVERNING LAW

 

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by Etheric Wave LLC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

 

Etheric Wave LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
